42-year-old previously healthy nonsmoking Asian female suffered from COVID-19 symptoms including fatigue, headache, and loss of taste and smell on day 5 of contracting COVID. Given the persistence of symptoms and to improve her overall health, patient decided to pursue IV stem cell therapy on day 10 of contracting COVID.

She received an intravenous infusion of 2cc of umbilical cord-derived stem cells. An hour after the infusion, patient reported a significant surge in energy level, which is a notable deviation from her previous state of fatigue. On the following day, her energy level returned to her pre-COVID baseline. Day 4 after treatment, there was a partial return of her sense of taste, and her sense of taste and smell gradually recovered within weeks, and there was no further residual COVID symptoms or any long haul covid symptoms.
